PRE-ORDERS:

Pre-order items are “made-to-order” and all pre-order items will be shipped according to the delivery schedule stated in pre-order product descriptions. If there are any changes in the delivery schedule for a pre-order item erect81 and/or SEVEN UNDER CO., LTD staff will notify you via e-mail or telephone. If your order includes pre-order items and in-stock, non pre-order items, all items will be shipped according to the delivery schedule of the pre-order item.

SHIPPING

All items are shipped from Tokyo, Japan via Japan Post EMS. Upon shipment of your order, you will be provided with an EMS tracking number for the shipment along with information on how to track the package online. In most cases, a signature is required for deliveries. EMS shipments usually arrive in 5-7 business days if the article is in stock. In the event of undeliverable packages the purchaser is responsible for the shipping costs to and from the delivery address. In the case that an undeliverable item is returned to us, the purchaser will receive a refund for the purchase, less shipping costs.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

SEVEN UNDER CO., LTD. does not accept returns or exchanges unless we have packaged your order incorrectly or if items are defective. We are very careful about quality control, however if items are somehow defective or misshipped, please contact us within 7 days after your item(s) have been received to arrange for exchange or refund. Items may not be returned or exchanged if they have been tried on, worn or otherwise used. We do not accept returns or exchanges without prior notification.
