SHIPPING: All items are shipped from Tokyo, Japan via Japan Post EMS. Upon shipment of your order, you will be provided with an EMS tracking number for the shipment along with information on how to track the package online. We require signatures for all deliveries. EMS shipments usually arrive in 5-7 business days if the article is in stock. In the event of undeliverable packages the purchaser is responsible for the shipping costs to and from the delivery address. In the case that an undeliverable item is returned to us, the purchaser will receive a refund for the purchase, less shipping costs.
SEVEN UNDER CO., LTD. and INTL.ERECT81.COM are not responsible for any customs duties, local taxes or import taxes that you as an importer may encounter.
PRICING AND CURRENCY: All of our products are priced according to our suggested retail price for the Japanese Market. The prices of our products are based on YEN and include all appropriate tax. Listed prices do not include shipping and handling.
All orders are payable in Japanese YEN.
In the event that a product or service is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, SEVEN UNDER CO., LTD. will have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product or service listed at the incorrect price.
PRE-ORDERS: Pre-order items are “made-to-order” and all pre-order items will be shipped according to the delivery schedule stated in pre-order product descriptions. If there are any changes in the delivery schedule for a pre-order item SEVEN UNDER CO., LTD or INTL.ERECT81.COM staf will notify you via e-mail or telephone. If your order includes pre-order items and in-stock, non pre-order items, all items will be shipped according to the delivery schedule of the pre-order item.
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS AND OUT OF STOCK ITEMS: SEVEN UNDER CO., LTD. and INTL.ERECT81.COM may cancel your order or part of your order if an item is sold out or no longer available. In most instances we will contact you via telephone or email to discuss your order. In the event of partial orders SEVEN UNDER CO., LTD. will ship the items in stock and remove the out of stock items from your order. In such a case, an email confirmation of the revised order will be sent.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES: SEVEN UNDER CO., LTD. does not accept returns or exchanges unless we have packaged your order incorrectly or if items are defective. We are very careful about quality control, however if items are somehow defective or misshipped, please contact us within 7 days after your item(s) have been received to arrange for exchange or refund. Items may not be returned or exchanged if they have been tried on, worn or otherwise used. We do not accept returns or exchanges without prior notification.
